    No, the entire class I pull in is 4 and 6 cylinder tractors. I always end up somewhere is the middle which is usually within 10-15 of everyone else. In this area there is just not any of the 800+ cubed Gs you see roaming around so I've just never had a chance to pull with one.

    how fast welded rods?

    I built a set of rods for my G and then sent them to Derek Holdren to get them really perfect and box them (I don't own a TIG) I spin it 3000+ rpm and have not had an issue. My old engine I spun 2500 or so with welded rods and then had an issue either.

    I have a red-top in my John Deere G running MSD, fan, water pump, two fuel pumps, etc. I'm shocked at how well it performs. Even after sometimes 4 hooks in a day it still shows it hardly went down at all.
