    Koyker 210 loader problems

I have a koyker loader on my 261 that will stop operating most of the time when you switch the selector valve thats bolted to the top hyd cover to 3 point and then back to loader. The 3 pount lift allways works when switched to that position. Normally when you move the switch arm you can feel...

    Axle bearing hub

Found it in another shop manual. Supposed to be a felt dust seal on the ring that seals against the backing plate. Parts manual doesnt list it

To20 axle hub seal doesnt fit

I used .008 shim stock cut half inch wide and cut to the correct length and was able to press the seals in place and then i discovered the new bearing races just pushed in place. I micced the new and old bearing. New is .0025 smaller. Its the right number so now i have to address that. What a pita

To20 axle hub seal doesnt fit

I answered my own question. The sparex seal from englands dimensions are listed in mm and works out to 3.488 so its not the seal. Its for a te 20 and not the us version but yesterday's tractor lists it as fitting the te and to 20. I guess its shim stock or buy the national seal

To20 axle hub seal doesnt fit

Just got my seal and bearing kit from yesterday's tractors and started to assemble it when i noticed the outer wheel seal just drops on the hub. The od is supposed to be 3.505 and these seals were .010 to .015 smaller. Also the inner seals od is way smaller. It had sure seals on it. After...

TO-30 rubber seal for oil pump pick up tube

Probably no one would mess with it but you could also change the pump fitting to a pipe to an fitting . If it wouldn't leave the tube to short you could cut the end off and replace. Should be a dash 8. Or fabricate a new line.

    To20 bad rear main

The rear main was bad. Also I ran the engine on a test stand before I pulled it apart to verify it wasn't in the transmission

TO-30 rubber seal for oil pump pick up tube

When I had my engine apart I cleaned the old rotted seal off and used on o ring . I tried a few different cross section size oring untill I found one that allowed the tube nut to be tightened where the tube wouldn't move after being torqued. I pressure checked it to make sure it was sealed. It's...

    Timing using vacuum

Like allready said you absolutely shouldn't use vacuum to set timing. With no load on the engine you will end up with over advanced timing. With 6to1 compression it's probably not as critical as far as engine damage but it won't run correctly and may detonate when its hot. That small hole in the...

    To20 bad rear main

First thats .0008 or 8 ten thousandths. The block was line bored and the bore is to tight on the front and the rear main bore was to lose. Not by alot .it will work. This is a 2000 rpm max old tractor engine if it was an 8000rpm supercomp 632 I wouldn't accept it. Taking a half thou off the rear...
