Hay Equipment Lease Rates
Can anyone help me determine an appropriate rate to charge for the use of my hay equipment? My neighbor wants to use my 580 baler, older 12' pull behind swather, and older 1048 Super harrowbed. Thank you everyone for your replies. Even tho my photos didn't show up (not sure why, it has worked for me before) I was able to use your tips to figure out it is a Model B (seed boxes are galvanized) and I found an operator's manual on Ebay. Yesterday's Tractors folks rock!- Flicka Bray

Greetings! I would like to find an owner's manual for this seed drill. Can anyone help me identify the model? I can find no other markings on it other than John Deere Van Brunt painted on the front of the seed box (no brass plackard, etc.). It has 24 openers, 6" OC. If more or different...- Flicka Bray

NH Rolabar 57 Rake Tips Please
I want to thank everyone who commented with suggestions for us to improve our raking. We had lots of opportunities to practice on our first cutting (which received .5 inch of rain!) and it's working much better for us now. Happy haying everyone!- Flicka Bray

NH Rolabar 57 Rake Tips Please
Greetings, We have a NH Rolabar 57 rake which we use on our Orchard Grass/Alfalfa mix, and straight alfalfa also.
