    8830 CIH(Hesston) with hay header

    Not familiar with that machine but on our old Case/Hesston Pa fabricated a hand lever onto the lift pedal for that very reason. It was quite a long lever so it needed alot of movement to move peddle a little.

    Gas cap vent plugged? Loosen cap and see if it runs better. Or I had a moth get in the tank of the 706. Went down into the sump of the tank and tractor died. After tractor died moth would float up and tractor would start again. Take fuel line off at carb, slip a rubber hose over line and...

    Many of my customers pile a load of rounds outside without wrapping. Bales shed the rain and keep just fine. Squares have to be wrapped right?

    showcrop hit the nail on the head. I just need to seal that joint. The neighbors driveway/parking lot slopes toward my house instead of away from my house. I've owned the house for 30 years and he had it blacktopped how many years before that. Not a problem even in above average rain years...

    Good point but I don't think so. Only comes in when we have a heavy rainfall. That's when all the water from the parking lot runs against my house.
