    weed id?

    been seeing this stuff coming up in a lot fields this year, especially in last years corn ground. been really wet and lot of beans didnt get planted yet. looks like wild mustard but is is not. north central illinois. stuff grows fast and covers a field pretty quick. heres a couple pictures.

    125 km one way, 5 hours on back roads, back in the late 80's.

    ford 1910 what perkins engine?

    I'd think its fair to say there is no connection between IHI Shibaura and Perkins engines.If only our SE 4040 had a 3.152 engine rather than the 4 cylinder 2.3. As for refering to the Dexta/Super Dexta engine as Perkins derived, probably the best description.

    And the 70 series LANDCRUISER has a 4.5 litre V8 Diesel, and Nissan also have a 3.0 litre turbo diesel in the Navara.

    Actually Ford have a 2.7 and 3.0litre V6 diesel thats quite good..now if only they put that into F series Fords. :-)

    Would look for a Mitsubishi Lancer rather than a Galant, Lancer EVO 4 to EVO 9 would bea very good choice.

    Its a Fordson Super Dexta with a Fordson engine, cast in Dagenham. Date code L27H, September 27 1962.

    Farmland prices

    May be in Europe and Australia, but most farmland is owned and farmed by owner operators in New Zealand, more so with dairy farms.

    Roundabouts, if designed and built correctly work very well,much better than an intersection with lights, providing that drivers use then correctly.Magic round abouts on the other hand are a different story!
