    hd6gtom: That is quite impressive how the treated plywood has lasted. Have you been storing the spreader indoors? Treated plywood might be a better option than composite decking in that it will probably be cheaper and easier to install. - Matt

    Plywood would rot too fast I would think. The original had some sort of fiberglass-like coating on it that kept it from rotting too fast.
