    JD No.5 Sickle Mower Ledger plates

    I saw a post on this forum from a long time ago but never could get the final answer. From what I read the Ledger Plates on the No.5 are riveted on. Does part #AE36136 directly bolt on and fix the riveted issue? I am missing some and need to order them. Some have a No.700 on them as well.

    No worries. I did find the yoke the has the spline for sale on Agri Supply but I cant find the receiving end that gets welded to square stock. The splined part is Series 4 so does this mean the other part of the yoke / u joint needs to also say series 4?
