Tire tools
I made a bead breaker and some tire irons. I thought someone might be interested in seeing. I found out that changing a large tractor tire that is rusted on is very different than changing a car tire. I had to remake it 2 or 3 times and I still need to remake the bottom foot. After viewing all the posts, I have decide not to buy the 2840. I have heard the 2940 is better? Any opinions on the 2940?- Fredo Chartier

John Deere 2840
Hi, I am thinking on buying a John Deere 2840 with a cab and 148 front loader. It has 9000 hrs.on it. Is 9000 hrs a lot hours for a tractor? Any other opinions on this model? I am moving up from a Ford 640 series. Thanks- Fredo Chartier
