    No reason that wont work. As for removing the old one, A good hot flame from a torch and cutting quick will keep from getting into the shaft. But that's if you can safely do it.

    You need a skid loader with a front mounted bushhog to safely do it. That way you aren't running over stuff.

    Correct. Lots of times their frozen fast with rust. That's why when you are getting an engine running that's been setting for years, you should make sure the flap works.

    Chained to a stake pocket

    Only problem I have when using number two is the chain hook like to come up a little when I bind the chain down. Not as tight a load securment but I use both.

    I made the mistake of putting a hundred psi into a 623B Cat scrapper pan tire when I was green and learning dirt work. After the tire guy and mechanic got done properly ripping me a new one.. :D .... I don't like filling tires to full psi.

    Ten .I'm working on a Cat skid loader For a guy that has metal all thru it . He mentioned doing that and it's got me worried cause I'm the mechanic. Even tho it's not my machine.
