    Farmall Cub

Working on a Farmall Cub abused by a past owner. Went to install new pto shaft and found the end of the transmission shaft was mushroomed out so the pto coupler wouldn't slide onto it. I removed the transmission shaft out the front per the shop manual. This is a model that has a washer on each...

    A trans update

I went back this morning to re-check the oil gear. If I seeing things right there isn't one? Farmall A Trans

As I spun in manually in neutral it seemed like the reverse idler gear(at least that's what I call it) was...

    Farmall A sickle mower

I've got a rear mounted sickle mower from my A. There's little chance I'll use it since I have a three point hitch one and only sickle mow hedgerows. It's like the one pictured. I've also got the sharpening stone. Any ideas what it might be worth?

    Salting hay

I'll do it occasionally if I'm worried some bales are a little heavy. I remember the dairy farm next door to where I grew up would do it sometimes. Have one horse hay customer that said the horse would eat the hay it dropped on the ground? Made me wonder.
