Ford 3600 Popping out of gear

Outstanding advice, Thank you. I did notice it happening more once I installed the gasket so the shifter going above the shift gates makes good sense. I'll measure and report. Thanks for the advice.

Ford 3600 Popping out of gear

I can back out of the barn, put it in gear and drive for an hour or two and it's fine. But somewhere along the way it comes out of gear. The shifter is loose and the tractor is still in gear. I can move the shifter anywhere and when I let out the clutch, it will continue moving forward. My...

Ford 3600 Popping out of gear

Hi all, I have a Ford 3600 and for the past two years the shift levers pop out of gear as I put it away in the barn so the neutral is ineffective. My clutch will still stop it but I cannot reengage the gears. I've been popping the shifter plate off and re-aligning it so I can put it in reverse...

    Ford 3600 Radiator issue

Thanks so much Ultradog. I actually soldered it the last time this happened and it worked for a day until the arm crushed it again. This is the third time I have taken it apart to fix it. Hopefully the bushings and pin will fix the issue. I'm getting tired of taking this thing apart. :D

    Ford 3600 Radiator issue

Great suggestion, I'll give that a try. With the weeds growing quickly now I need to get back in the saddle quick. I'm assuming it is ok to weld the pipe back onto the radiator. Thanks again.

    Ford 3600 Radiator issue

I recently replaced the radiator on my Ford 3600 because my old one rusted. I am running into an issue where the front wheel arm is rising up and sheering/crushing the bottom radiator tube that the radiator hose is attached to. Nothing else has changed from the old radiator except the new...
