    Well thank you so very very much. I replaced the coil this afternoon and the old girl runs like a swiss watch. I worked it hard and pushed her down to a lug and she kept on chugging away and recovered. Shut it off and she started right up again. I will sleep much better tonight. Thanks...

    Yes it will sputter and try to fire but seems like it is flooded. Points were cleaned. It starts great cold every morning and runs great. The generator is working well too with over 8 volts output. The thing is it will run great if I don't push it too hard. It's a little fast for pushing...

    Can anyone help me with a starting problem? I recently bought this tractor and it starts and runs great until I stall it under load then it won't start again. It seems like it might be flooding it's self but not sure. I shut off the fuel when this happens but it still takes about 1 to 1 1/2...
