    HD 800 piston dimensions.

Actually the std piston measures exactly 5.312 Piston in hand and a Micrometer to measure it acurratly. Many of the aftermarket pistons are even marked 5.312 on the top of the pistons. But by all means if you want to put it in a 5.312 hole go right ahead

    HD 800 piston dimensions.

It would be more correct to say the piston is 5.312 bore size is .010 to .012 bigger.

    MM 800/605 flywheels

If it is a true 800 flywheel it will give you the dimension for the starter but not the clutch if you are using the hand clutch. The 605 will be the same issue. You need a 504 fly wheel out of a tractor to get the clutch ring dimensions. The power units all use a bigger clutch than the tractors...

    MM 800/605 flywheels

Not really they will bolt on but the starter ring gear is in the wrong place.Depending on which 800 you have there are two differnt crank flanges. The one with bolts through the flange will interchange with a 425 or 504 big bell diesel flywheel. The newer 800 with the bolts that are threaded...

    G955 to G900 engine swap

I believe a late model A4T flywheel and pto drive would work or maybe a late 1350. THey would have the one piece rear seal and be right for the MM transmission. Might have a differnt ring gear but that could probally be resolved.

    minnie 670 hydraulic resevoir

I think you need to be a little bit more specific. Do you need the one under the step for a closed center system?

    GE101 block

IF you look a little closer the # should be CE101 that is the first version of the split blocks they are very thin underneath with some of the bolt holes look like U channels.

They have been unavailable for about 15 years. An old wharehouse or someone who buys up old stock is your onlyhope.

    G1000 heads

The 4210 heads are a good replacement. You will have a small power loss but you will probally never notice. I have several good 4232 heads if you were interested I could even take some other heads in on trade.

    MM 705 Pistons

Witch two pistons are you looking at? only 3 and 4 will be at the top at the same time. Did you roll the engine over till they each travelled the full stroke? Straightning a rod is not a real good Idea a used rod will only cost $50.00 plus shipping so it is not really worth the risk.

Can't get the heads off an 800 MM

I have had this problem before. Water seeps around those two studs from the water manifold and really rusts them up. I got them up a little then cut one of the studs off as close to the head as possible then turned the entire head (all the other studs were out and the adjacent head was off) once...
