    On the john deere 730d which trans. is best for pulling, the high or low speed? How do you identify which is which? Anybody know what the speed would be with 18.4x38 or 16.9x38 with the differant trans.?

    optima batteries

    I have a yellow top for 8 years now and still holds good charge. It will sit for a long period of time and still start the tractor with no problems. We have never had a dead battery, we also have a msd box with no altenator.

    Does anybody have any pics. or advise on making a wide front on an unstyled A john deere? I plan on cutting front pestal off at bottom of frame, then build it similar to factory wide front.
