    Fall Arrest systems?

    Even with a lift you need a harness and a lanyard. Also keep in mind that if you do take a fall and have a harness on how are you going to rescue yourself. Plan that out. Suspension trauma sets in in just a few minutes and can kill as well as the fall. It just takes longer.

    I bought a 2017 GMC 2500 HD extended cab (double cab) with the 6.0 LS gas engine. It came with 4:10 gears and the 6L90 trans and a locking rear differential.     Gout

    Ive had it since I was in my 20?s. What works the best for me is a round of prednisone. Takes the swelling out fast and feels better the next day. Then getting on a maintenance drug like alapurinol will generally keep it under control.
