    M- Bottom Cover under flywheel

    I put a 450 engine in my M along with the 12 inch clutch and pressure plate. Had to switch belly pump out for a Super M belly pump. The M belly pump was square in the front the Super M belly pump was about a 45 degrees at the front.

    Those dies work great I even milled a die for the vertical center rib. Biggest thing is getting the sheet metal clean before starting. I remove the screen and drill any spot welds that hold the tabs for the screen and get them all out of the way. Normally media blast and then start the body...

    Thought about that but like the tank out of the way. And other then fitment of the bigger clutch never had any issues with the hydraulics with the pump guts still in there lowering oil capacity. I think I'm going to try Slaters Idea and gut the pump then make a spacer to drop pump housing...

    I've looked at a few pictures. My Pump guts still in housing appears coupler was removed that drive's pump. It was using a port in bottom to feed live hydraulic pump and 2 return lines on side's. I'm thinking your Idea of pulling the guts make a plate to cover turning pump into just a tank and...

    Putting new clutch in a M. Went from a 11" clutch to a 12". Flywheel from a 400. Flywheel resurfaced, New pilot and throwout bearings, reman clutch disk and pressure plate.     Propane Injection on IH D236

    Im pretty sure detonation is why a diesel is so loud and clanky when running. Kind of need detonation to light off the air fuel mixture.

    Sleeve puller

    I used 5" O.D. schedule 40 aluminum pipe, 3/4" high tensile fine threaded rod and 5" aluminum bar stock with a step in it for a cap on top of pipe and turned down a piece of 4.5" aluminum bar stock for the puck to pull sleeves. Adjust your sizes to your bore size and length of cylinder.
