    grinding gears

If I was you I would certainly tear it apart first and see just what damage you got and what parts you need. I see they have a brand new clutch disc on Ebay for 51.00 plus 9.95 shipping. This is a fiber disc, Do you have a button type disc? Anyway good luck with it and kindly keep us posted.

    grinding gears

First I'll say I'm not familiar with a 175 Massey, but I should know a few things about clutches in general. My first thought after I read your post is that I would guess one of the coil springs in the clutch disc dislodged and is basically binding in between the clutch disc and the flywheel...

Looking for good Massey Ferguson salvage yards

I need the one that comes off the front(goes toward the front of the engine) of the 4 way connection that is about dead center on top of this V8 engine. The line goes about 4 inches forward toward the front of the engine and then bends up to get to the injection pump and then loops over to hook...

Looking for good Massey Ferguson salvage yards

Does anyone know of any good Massey salvage yards that may keep track of finer parts. I am looking for a fuel return line, not an injector line, for an 1155 tractor. If anyone knows of any good salvage yards please post them.

Need an injector line for a 706 with a 310 engine

The #5 injector line on a 706 Farmall with the 310 cu. in. German engine broke off right at the injector. I called some salvage yards and don't seem to be having any luck finding one. I called the dealer and of course the part is no longer available. I see this site has the lines available...

Original light bulbs atleast in the one my dad bought new and the fuse holders are clean. The only solution I know is to install a relay.

    706 lights burn out fuse

Dealing with two Farmall 706s. They both get the fuse for the lights very hot and it eventually burns the fuse out, after maybe 10 to 30 minutes. I know some will say there is something wrong with the wiring, but I tend to think it is the nature of the beast. I have read you can set the...

    stuck post hole auger

I'm a little late here, but next time. Take a front end loader and chain. Hook the chain directly on the auger, if possible, so you don't break anything. Raise the loader and tractor hydraulic at the same time. Of course take care where you hook the chain on the loader, so you don't break...

I bought some oil filters for my Massey Harris 44 gas with the Continental 260 a couple years ago from my Massey dealer. I assume they are still available from Massey(Agco).

Has anyone ever used a heavy offset disk?

There's an operators manual on Ebay. I don't know if that would contain a parts list. $25.00 with free shipping. Item number 320926029841.

metric hydraulic fittings on Sitrex V rake

I have an older Sitrex 12 wheel V rake model MK 10-12. I want to covert the fittings off the hydraulic lift cylinders from metric to standard 3/8 inch hose fittings, so when a hose blows I can just go get a 3/8 inch hose. There is no standard when it comes to metric. I think I know where I can...
