    Made me proud

    I was 12 when my dad turned me loose in the field on my own. He worked in town too so it was either me or it didn't get done. Only time I remember screwing up, I fell asleep for a minute cultivating corn and wiped out about 50 yards of corn. Glad I wasn't near a fence!

    My Grandpa passed away before he got to all of his projects. My dad passed away before he got everything hauled away. The only reason I got it done was because mom sold the farm.

    How about work gloves? On the front seat of the truck, in the back of the truck, on the splitter, in the wood shed, in a tool box, on the work bench, the last place you had to pee.

    Kerosene Torpedo Heater

    Mine wouldn't adjust either and I tried everything you have mentioned. finally took the regulator screw out and found it full of debri. Cleaned that out and adjusted properly. Burns well now.

    Leather boots

    Ballistol gun cleaner. It's recommended for holsters and leather so I used it on my boots. Great stuff. And cleans my guns good too.

    They should still honor your warranty. My Snap on man makes fun of me for all my old tools but he still warrants my tools.

    Small Kohler engine problem

    When the vent is plugged the engine runs until it uses enough fuel to create a vacuum in the tank. That's why it won't happen till its good and hot. I've had two engines do this. Actually just blew the vent out with compressed air and it was good to go.

    I do not buy the moisture-attracting complaint. It is stored in an air-tight container and the moisture is not going to find its way in. Just because YOU have never had a problem doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I am a professional Ford technician in the business for 35 years. Senior Master...

    Just can't dig it anymore

    Have not had surgery but have had shoulder problems for many years. Physical therapy and sticking with the regimen is the only thing that gives improvement. Exercise and ice. Good luck to you!

    I buy a couple when its big just for fun. A guy I work with thinks its his retirement fund however and spends WAY too much.

    South Dakota

    Pheasant hunting is my favorite. Nothing like walking and talking and watching the dogs. Beats sitting in a cold deer blind freezing your butt off any day!
