    Has good spark, and new spark plugs. Tried starter fluid to no benefit at all. The Venturi is in correctly, thanks for the diagram though. Talked to a few people and I think we may have found the problem. Will keep you posted when I get into it and see. Fingers crossed Thanks, Jamie

    Thanks for the reply! All is timed properly, time on TDC, gears in mag lines up perfectly, mag trips just just before TDC on 1 and the rotor points directly to fit on 1 when it trips...... mind boggling

    Oliver OC-12 crawler loader

    Id like to change the fuel filters before i try to start my oc12. The filters that were in it dont have any signs of a P/N on them. Does anyone know what filters these take. Its got the Herc 6 cyl diesel and 3 fuel filters. Thanks in advance.

    No there isnt any wires going to the pump. Manual shut off on the throttle. I talked to a specialist here in town (sault ste. marie, ontario) and he mentioned that if the pumps sit for a length of time the plungers stick. Probably just going to take it off and have it rebuilt.

    Okay thanks. Yes the transmission does have 80w90 high pressure gear lube in it. I still need to find out where exactly the oil is coming from... not sure if it is the axle seal or housing on end of trumpet. Appreciate the reply, Jamie

    i know on my international there is a control valve that switches the fluid from the 3pt hitch to the loader. if this control valve is in the position to run the loader, the 3 pt hitch will not lift... and vice versa. maybe yours has a similar setup?

    Looks like you caught it just in time! I'm glad there was no other damage to the gears or chain. I was also surprised how easy all the bolts and everything came out. Nice to work on, took me 2 hours to tear down wash and find the problem!
