    I had metal put on my barn last year by Amish. The grounded the metal on the roof in addition to the existing ground. Haven't had any problems.

    Thanks mulemeat, I tried tapping the sump back down. It didn't work, it still stops with a metal to metal round when I pull up. I'm thinking I have no choice but to use a cutting wheel and cut the sump off. I hate it cause I'll have a big time getting all of the fines out of the engine...

    I'm havig a problem removing the oil sump on B&S v-twin engine. I have removed the bolts, the governor, push rods, oil pump. Sump is lose and will easily raise about 1/8 inch where it hits ha hard stop ( metal to metal). Seems to be around the shaft. I do not know what is binding. Any...
