MX / MXM / or other

Good morning all I'm in the market for a new to me tractor. I parted was with my 5130. Needing something that is more universal in multiple farm duties. Need to be able to put a loader on it, hay with it, plant with it, pull auger wagon, and whatever else a guy might want to do. Been...

    Case 5130 Hydraulics

What would cause my hydraulics to get hard when the tractor had been in use for an hour or 2? All 3 of the hydraulics I use for either my front end loader or my baler and after a while they all get hard to push and pull. First thing they are fine and smooth and easy. Thanks.

    Vermeer 604 Super J

Put the first 5 bales through my ?new? purchase yesterday. Can anyone tell me how to adjust the bale size? Right now the monitor tells me it?s full when the bale is only 5ft instead of the 6 it?s suppose to be. Thanks

Vermeer 604 Super J with netwrap

Just recently purchased a 604 SUPER J with twine and netwrap. It came with the equal fill/auto tie monitor. It only has one cable. Seems like there should be another one to hook up for power. This one that is connected seems to be just for booking up to the baler itself. Anyone have one of these...

    5130 dieing

Another updates.... replaced the sender unit this afternoon and she is purring like a kitten. Not stumbles no air coming into the fuel screen I installed before the lift pump. All seems to be right again thank the lord. Noticed my radiator is leaking so will be installing a different one...

    5130 dieing

Quick update. I drained my fuel tank. Nothing to speak of blocking the uptake tube. No filter on the end of the tube. I went ahead and replaced the fuel lines with 3/8 rubber fuel lines. Put on a new lift pump. I did put an inline filter just before the lift pump. So here we go. I put about...

    5130 AC LOW pressure port

Can someone tell me which port is the low pressure port? I don?t have the traditional gauges to hook up both and see which is which. I was going to put a can of R12 or 134a depending which it is. Which is another question I had. I assume it?s never been converted to 134a but how would I...

    5130 dieing

Another question... can someone tell me which port is the low pressure port on the AC system? Wanting to check to see if it?s low or not. The ac is fairly cool but want to see if it needs any added to make it colder. Thanks.

    5130 dieing

Did you route them the factory way down beside the tank? 3/8 hose would be huge price reduction and I would probably just got ahead and replace them anyways just because. Thanks!

    5130 dieing

So you did away with the metal part all together and just went from tank to pump with rubber hose?

    5130 dieing

I am going to start with cleaning the tank today/tonight. See if there is anything that could be blocking my pickup line. There is no screen or filter on the inside of the tank or in the fuel lines themselves. Will blow some air through the lines to make sure they are clear as well while I...

    5130 dieing

So what?s the easiest way to test them to make sure that?s the issue? I?ve contemplated just replacing those lines but at the cost of $400 I?d like to know that is the issue. I was thinking I would drain the fuel tank today and make sure there isn?t something that could potentially be...

    5130 dieing

Ok so I posted about this a while back. I have a 5130 that will die on me after using it for an hour or 2. It happens whether it's cold or not. Seems like it does it more when the tank gets below 3/4 - 1/2. So I finally got time to tear into it. I pulled the seat out to get to the fuel lines. I...
