2040 3 point lift
Thanks for the info. I ended up purchasing the service manual. A lot of good information in there. I believe I found what you were referring to with the adjustment. I will look into that more. For trouble shooting 3 point arms that won't lower, the two options it gave were the rate of drop...- jamesBondo95

2040 3 point lift
I have the exact same issue. Were you able to determine the cause? I even removed the rate of drop screw completely. I'm thinking its either an issue with the cylinder lowering valve, or the cylinder piston is seized.- jamesBondo95
