    John Deere 2040 Open Center Hydraulic Issues

    Thank you. I have called many of them and have not been able to find an OC SCV. I can usually find a closed though. I was able to find an OC SCV from a different model that I can probably make work, it will just require fabricating a bracket and lever for it.

    The extra line appears to run back to the pump. It’s a stainless steel non OEM line for sure.

    The extra line is what has me confused, I’m not sure what it’s for or what to do with it when I plumb in a OC SCV.

    From what I understand this pump is OC and the SCV is CC, I could be mistaken. Also, the serial# shows the tractor to be OC.
