    I would try it if you can get your hand in there. Just don't drop anything in there or you'll have a bigger issuse.

    It may have "over travelled" and you may need to take top off and hopefully reach in and pull it back. Just had to do the with my 710 2 weeks ago.

    A friend of mine is looking for part number A179007 transfer case gear. This is for a phase 1 580K. This is a obsolete part and he has been looking for weeks for even a used one. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
