    Hello recently rebuilt the injection pump on a 3020 and got it put back on and is hard to start and very sluggish to rev. I loosened the return line from pump and still did it. Only thing that I changed was the top cover to make it electric shut off. Cant think of anything I did to cause...

    I put a seal kit in it and have done this for years and never had any issues until this one. They wanted this top cover installed with the electric shut off and it is out of the way of the metering linkage. Im almost thinking they have it 180 out and starting it on ether. Was not told of any...

    Ok I didn’t see the regulator off to the side I’ve never had one of these that was this old apart before. I have a feeling this delivery valve isn’t going to come out is there somewhere I can order that removal tool thanks.

    Hello have a Roosa master injection pump apart that I’m resealing off a 880 I believe and we’re installing it on a 88 I can’t get all of the delivery valve out of the rotor do these old pumps only have two pieces to them (spring and poppet behind Allen screw) or is it that stuck in the rotor thanks.

    Both gaskets were Agco and the second one I put hi tack on it and it still did it. The tractor runs fine it just seeps compression out while running.

    I built the engine at the same time and I checked all the sleeve protrusion and they were all in spec. The machine shop is saying they can t mill the head anymore because too much has already been taken off that s why I asked if there was even a spec for that or if anyone knew what it was. Thanks

    Yes when I bled the injectors there was a little fuel that had gotten on it that?s how I noticed it right away.
