Thanks for the info! That picture you posted pretty well looks exactly like my set up, the bolts removed after the first out of adjustment were the hex faced ones in your picture. As per the jam nuts we definitely set those tight to spec and yes thinking that maybe lock tight would be worth...- JC_Slator

Belarus 5190- clutch finger issue
Hello, I have a 96 Belarus 5190, strong running tractor, purchased with issues of not moving. When we split the tractor to investigate the clutch friction discs were damaged so we replaced and put back together. Tractor ran worked for about 8-10 hours before clutch wouldn’t disengage fully...- JC_Slator
