FEL for a 3930
Looking for recomendations on a FEL for a 3930. What do ya'll think would work best at a reasonable price? -

winter rye
I have done cereal rye cover crops for several years. It is planted in 8' wide strips. This year I have a couple strips where the rye is much shorter than the others. I used the electric probe tester for PH and N and all the strips show about the same. Any ideas as what might cause that...- kenbob

reading serial numbers
i'm looking at a 2520, can you tell me what the serial # means, i know it's a 69 model but what's the others mean T713R 019009R thanks again- bv

8N rear axle
Not all that familiar with these. On this one there are shims on the back side of the backing plate that goes against the axle tube. Is this normall and if so what is their purpose. Thanks for all the help.- cuby

Make hay while the sun shines
That was the age old rule. This year the sky looks like this most days, and making hay in the sunshine hasnt happen much. Baling wilted near dry hay is about the best I can do, then wrap it. One of these wrapping machines has become standard equipment for people making hay in bales this year.- Bruce from Can.

Hes got a fan wrapped around his neck
I needed to get the potatoes out of the ground before it starts raining again. Son came out to help with battery powered fans around his neck! He says there great, Im not convinced. How to replace pulley brake on an H?

MF 255 Diesel Tach Drive
I ordered a replacement tach gear drive and it doesn't want to go all the way in. I think the boss around the drive end it hitting the end of the camshaft(whatever drives it), holding the mounting flange about 3/16 away from the block.
