More tractors in light and heavy NATPA

I started pulling deadweight with a local group in Bakersville , Ohio. They have 5,500, 7000, 8500, 10,500 and 12,500 classes. Didn't take a count, but it took most of the day to get through the two lighter classes and they start at 9 am. I think they got to the 8,500 class, which is what I pull...

    New Idea 272 Cutditioner

I've heard others use them for cornstalks and grass......they do do double duty as a brush hog, more or less. Dad had one back in the early '80 . Said it was hard on alfalfa, clover and such . Chopped the crop instead of just cutting off at the ground and keeping the leaves intact, was his...

    Navarre OH NATPA pull

If I make it, I'll try to look ya up. I've got a good bit of plowing to do, now that the corn is chopped....lol, but I haven't been to many pulls this year, and this one is about as close as they get to me, so it wont take much for me to park the plow and come over for part of the day !

Spring work done. Now to the GROUNDHOGS!

Me and my sister used to fill the sprayer tank and go flood them out back when I was a teenager. Time consuming, but if their in there , they normally came out. Ya need to really put the water to the holes fast and be ready when they came out. Funny what we did for entertainment back in the...

    Looking for a dyno.

Sorry, it's Pete Holtgrew, not Mike. 712-490-2920 He refurbishes them and will have any and all shafts , sliding scale to read relative HP at any RPM and manuals. I have an M&W P2000 I bought from Pete, that's good for about 400hp to 450 hp, depending on the pto rpms. Any questions send a pm my way.

    Looking for a dyno.

What brand are you looking for ? Something new and modern , or something older like an M&W. If an M&W is more to your liking, Mike Holtgrew in Iowa sells refurbished ones. I'd have to get his ph # It's were I get mine.
