JD G and A front axle swap question
I have a 1949 JD G with the narrow front end. I'd like to swap the narrow front for a wide front from a JD A of similar vintage. Will any A wide front axle work? Are there any other red flags? My G has a split pedestal. Thanks.- richard1949

401b JOHN DEERE RUNS FINE COLD WON'T RUN AFTER GETTING HOT
Drained tank,new fuel, new filter,pulled filter out of pump,cleaned it,wasn't bad.has a new lift pump on it. Start it cold will rib up and sounds like it's going to run.five minutes later it's at a idle, will not take any fuel, then it will die,like running out of fuel. hit the key will start...- ronnie wheat

can anyone tell me anything about Ready Power engines from Detroit Mich. just bought an Oliver OC3 bulldozer that has a ready power motor and cant find anything about it. thanks for your help- jered
