    Straw price

    I needed a bale of straw to cover the water meter as temps will get in the minus readings for the next 3 to 4 days. The only place to get a bale was the feed and seed store. I had to pay $10 for ONE bale of straw. I could have bought prairie hay for $14 a bale. Why so high for straw or...

    $39.99 oil change

    I just had an oil and filter change at the Ford dealer and was charged $90. That's for a 2011 F-150 with a 5L engine that takes 8 qts of oil. OUCH

    Leaking Metal Roof

    I have a tin roof on my barn that leaked. What I found was one of the screws that had a plastic/rubber seal was broken....seal missing. I just sealed it with some caulking.

    Go to Harbor Freight and pick up a cheap strap wrench. Works great on any size lid.

    I had a front tine tiller and it will work you to death. I got rid of it and bought a Troybuilt 5 HP pony self propelled. It does not work YOU and can be operated with ONE hand.
