    Small lathes

    I also have a MicroMark Microlux and like it. By adding a 4 jaw chuck I can get it down to a thousandth. Plenty of mods on YouTube available. Take a look at https://littlemachineshop.com They have machines as well as all the parts and tooling you would need.

    3 pt set up help.

    If you can, turn the link pins on the mower around so they face each other. This will give you more clearance from the tire. I've done this with a rotary tiller and grade blade on my Kubota 3010 and it works fine.

    A little too small

    Interesting, don't know where you live but I got the exact estimate of $2500 yesterday here in Western New York to cut down an Ash tree ready to fall on the barn. Must be a Blue Book somewhere for tree services.

    Restless legs

    I suffer from the same problem. Lots of warnings on the web regarding quinine. My best results are from taking both a magnesium and potassium pill and drink a quart of Gatorade. Also a dill pickle before bedtime.

    Oliver oc-3 pto alternator

    I installed a Delco 10SI alternator in my OC-3 a while ago using the attached schematic. Low RPM's were never a problem. Also replaced the magneto with a Farmall H distributor. Worked great, allows you options for a high output coil. Have since sold the machine.

    Gas screen filter?

    I use the paint filters from HF for gas and diesel fills. Cheap and works great.

    Free Chainsaw

    I've had good luck with the HF electric chain saw sharpener. Tried hand filing, file guides and rotary stones in the past but none worked as well. Some times easier to buy a new carb rather than rebuild. Got one for my old Craftsman for $9. Runs like new.

    Good looking machine for the price. I sold my OC3 Crawler/Loader with the Aux Trans and picked up a Kubota. Those grousers look ok for a crawler/loader but not much traction for a dozer. That looks like a lot of blade for a 20hp machine. I'd buy it if I were closer.
