    Badger pull-behind PTO backhoe

    I purchased a VERY old Badger Products backhoe which was built by the Badger Machine Company of Winona Minnesota. It is a Model 105D SN 312. Is anyone still alive who has owned or operated this equipment? I need help figuring it out.

    Well I drained some of the oil out and intend to drain the rest and replace it. I haven't done that in several years and the milky yellow color tells me there is water mixed with the oil. I think from now on I won't start the tractor in the spring until I have checked for water by cracking the...

    Thanks for the insight guys. I hope all of you can see this response . It sounds like water might be the issue although since I am hearing no new noises, I doubt the pump is damaged. Temperatures here are dipping a little below freezing at night only. I will loosen the drain plug and check...

    I went to us my TO 30 for the first time this spring only to find that I had no hydrolic pressure. It worked fine last fall when I parked it. I also confirmed that the PTO was engaged. Does anyone have any thoughts?
