    Does this tool exist ?

Why not just use a 1/4" 3/8 6 side drive deep socket and either put some material inside to keep the 1/4" quick release from slipping out or use red locktight for a permanent setup.

    How tough are you

You need a side entry skid steer like the JCB.

Nobody can help you with this

Unless you are running production (thousands of the same part), you don't need or want a screw machine. These are not practical for one offs and have a steep learning curve.

    Fusion 360

Wow that's a pretty good price

    Fusion 360

I don't know anything about Fusion. I spent my life working as a machine shop owner and used Mastercam. It sounds like Fusion tries to do take the part from a solid model and creates what it thinks is ideal toolpaths for you. Anyone that has done any real-world machining would tell you that that...

    Cutting off parting

One of the most common problems is having the cutoff tool above center. When it is above center, some portion of the tool is pushing metal and not cutting. .010 lower would leave a .020 stub on the part but give you less tool breakage. Too far below center and the part will try to ride up over...

    New Shop Build

I would skip the partition wall and consider a sliding curtain mounted on the ceiling that you could partition off only when you need it. It would allow for a much more open space. Also put locking rollers on the desk and other items to move out of the way. If you were doing something that was...

    Anybody know?

That is what I was thinking sms. The cam action would be used to tighten and secure something for a manufacturing process of some kind. Used all the time in workpieces fixturing in machine shops but could have many similar applications.

Totally lost on a good hand held posthole Auger...

If you have a tractor, buy a used 3 point post hole digger with auger and use it for your job, then turn around and sell it for what you paid for it. If you buy it right on the used market you should be able to sell it for what you paid for it and its better than renting because you don't have...

    Whirlpool dryer

Scratch the shaft up good with 120 grit sandpaper and do the same to the rotor bore. Clean with alcohol and apply Locktight 640 to rotor and shaft. Assemble and apply heat from a space heater directly on the assembly for 30 minutes. The shaft will never spin again on the rotor.

    Some aluminum welding glitz....

Wow, do I see blocks that were cut on a shaper ? No, that would have been done with a ball endmill stepped down. It is a simple 3D surface cut. Easy to do on a CNC and eliminated an additional setup.

    Broken wheel lugs 2009 f-150 4x4

They broke from over torquing the lug nuts likely with an impact. Lug nuts should be tightened with a torque wrench to a specific tightness. You can pound them out front to back end install new ones. The likely reason your rotors are warped are from the same problem of overtightening of the lug...
