    If I remember correctly the 650 is only a 134 cube engine and the tractor is rated in the low 30s as far as pto HP. Also a 650 would not have live PTO or a very low reverse gear. This would probably not be a good Idea.

    If rrlund's suggestion does not work the rubber tip on the end may need replaced. Most units the handle screws off an then you can pull out the rod and replace the tip.
