    Gauages on 245

Is what the back of yours looks like? The bottom stud is marked as the ground connection. The other two are not shown in the picture but there should be either an "S" or "I" next to one of the two. "S" goes to sender and "I" goes to the oil pressure switch with the other side of it...

NH 311 Baler, strings are tight one bale, very loose the nex

I don't have a NH 311 baler but on mine it has a twine tension and individual springs for each twine where the twine exits the twine box. If tension is not maintained on the twine, it will pull extra twine out and if the slack is not removed before tying you could have loose bales.

    Fix that Ferguson (parts place)

AKA "fix that ford". Google the address list on the site, it points to a residential house if I recall correctly. Ordered some parts for the neighbors Ford. Parts finally arrived but took a long time. I had sent one email about when to expect the parts and it was answered in a timely...

MF 12 baler plunger bearing change: how to do it please!

The service manual does not have a specific section about that bearing. Between looking at mine, the parts manual and the service manual I think you would need to do the following. 1. Main drive gear: remove plug and drain oil. 2. Turn plunger crank arm, on end of main drive gear, to its...

    MF 255 external hydraulic leaks.

Some of the lines may have too hard of a bend for a soft line. I did find listings for some of the hard lines, but I don't know which you need. Do you know if the PTO is "Live" (3 positions on pto lever) or "Independent" (2 positions on pto lever)? Hard pipe lines are different for each.

    MF 255 external hydraulic leaks.

The Agco part catalog link may not be the correct one for your tractor. There are a number of pages depending on single or dual spool valve and tractor serial number range. You will need to find the correct page for your tractor. If the filter o-ring for your tractor is 359110X1 (4-3/4: ID x...

    sharpen woods RM-59

I pick the mower up with the 3pt, shut the motor off and use an impact wrench to remove them. With the impact you do not need to hold the pulley with the tool, just grab the blade to keep if from spinning. Then I sharpen on a bench grinder and balance them. Then put them back on with the...

Led clearance lights on trailer fenders

Are these facing forward or to the side? If forward, I would move them to the side of the trailer toward the front, facing the side. If the lens is clear, find one than defuses the light. Looking directly at the center of a non-defused LED will be very bright and blinding compared to looking...

    Knotter issue Anyone?

Also check the spring and tension at the twine box. If it pulls to easy or the spring is broken it can cause the same problem of the twine not being pulled into the bill hook.

    Knotter issue Anyone?

The needles deliver the twine to the twine disc, the twine finger can be way out and the twine disc will still pick up the twine. The function of the twine finger it to put the twine to the bill hook so it can grab it. So it sounds like something is loose on the twine finger allowing to move...

    Do foxes kill fawns?

A couple weeks ago, after dark when I went to feed, I saw a coyote in the back yard. Turned on the flood lights and there were three does standing about 35 yards away watching the coyote. The coyote ran to the front of the house and the three does followed. When the coyote came to the back...
