    This is not an error I am familiar with or have been able to recreate but I will dig in and see if I can find anything on it. Otherwise you could try screenshotting the image in question and copy/pasting it into your post rather than dragging the file into your post

    Looks like one is working... The other is a bit confusing... It uploaded an image that looks to have an error embedded in itself.

    The file extension (the letters after the . in a file name) will let you know. We only allow certain file types.     I have brought in another dev to help me investigate the issue as it is intermittent and does not happen on any of my devices. We are doing what we can, hope to have a solution soon. Thanks
