    Ford Funk 6 cylinder

Well. the decision has been made to sell the 8N funk conversion. I have another one that I use with the rail setup, this one is the cast pan one with the 226 engine. Don't know anything about the engine other than it will probably need to be pickled before a rebuild. The funk conversion is...

    Ford Funk 6 cylinder

I have a complete 8N tractor with a funk cast iron pan, engine is missing intake and exhaust manifolds but might be rebuildable. Located in NW New Mexico.

A later version of the Funk conversion

Turns out with a little snooping into the 226, I found that although the clutches vary in diameter from 11 1/2 inch to 9 1/2 in, they all were the 10 spline variety which goes with the 8N clutches. The 801 series tractor is almost done so the funk should be coming up soon.

A later version of the Funk conversion

As I am new to this, I'll start of by saying I have 2 of the 6 cylinder Funk conversions. Don't know the years of the 8N tractors but, the one I use is the early conversion with the rails. The latest one is not running but the complete Funk conversion is in tact with the later cast oil pan. My...
