    I saw a fellow seeding near Rockville last nite- pretty sandy around there. Nothing going in northern Meeker county, except the usual "first in the spring" was picking rock. Again, on lighter ground along Cty 34.

    MN used to have 3-day permits- now it"s a slick online app, $5 fee, and the permit is good for the calendar year. Each time you burn, you call in to an automated system, and it gives you a new permit number, which you must have on you when burning. Local sheriff is notified, so if a neighbor...

    Gas pump didn't shut off

    Never seen it happen, but I guess it would be wise to look for the shutoff switch on the building when stopping at a gas station.

    Which JD 7000 planter is the better bet? Driving tomorrow!

    Six row has a different hitch, but can be unbolted near the main frame. Eight and twelve row, the hitch is hinged. Drive the planter onto the trailer, lower the hyd...will ride better down on the openers.

    I cut the head off of a bolt and screw it in as a guide. Only need one locator to find the other three.

    Dental picks are a big help for removing or setting internal O-rings.

    How was the original one connected? Harness end should have a plastic end to match that switch...two ends in the harness clip.
