Removing right hydraulic cylinder from New Holland 852 baler

Thanks again...especially for the visual. Your 851 does not have the additional belt housing preventing good access to that lower connection. I was able to remove on my 852 what was in the way and took enough notes/pictures to put everything back where it was when the cylinder returns from being...

Removing right hydraulic cylinder from New Holland 852 baler

Thanks much for the reply...I was hoping it would be that simple but the lower end is encased in both the safety catch and the housing of one of the belt drives...Is there an order in which these have to be taken off to free the cylinder or am I missing something? Thanks again!

Removing right hydraulic cylinder from New Holland 852 baler

Can anyone here advise me on removing the right hydraulic arm from my New Holland 852 round baler? Krone 242 disc mower blade change

Hello! Hoping a more seasoned veteran of hay could advise me on changing blades on my Krone 242. I don't feel this is the modern variant with the quik-change option where the blades are removed/replaced with a pry-lever tool... I'm thinking breaker bar and/or maybe impact wrench to...

    1960s 14T squarebaler slipclutch

I have found a New Holland 269 on Craigslist but have been warned by someone local that the knotters are problematic. Is there any known truth in this? Is a 269 the same baler as a 268 with a longer hitch? Thanks for your reply!

    1960s 14T squarebaler slipclutch

Hello...Glad to be here! I am into my second hay season and my baler is acting up. It's the slip clutch. I am having a difficult time finding a replacement. I have seen one on ebay listed as "Genuine John Deere OEM Slip Clutch #FH312301"...there are several of these with different serial...
