Ford 5200's have same model numbers

I have a 1968 5200 nf and a 1971 5200 wf. Both have the same model number, E2014C, im assuming my 68 5200 left the Romeo plant as a wide front axle and the narrow front was added later. They are diesels with 4x2 transmissions. Not sure how those letters and numbers break down. Can anyone help?

    Explain how this works?

I think a cheap rusty stone picker could probably pick up 80% of them stones/rocks, beins there so concentrated and untop of the surface. John

    Ford 5000 slab weights

Hi Dale, you have done a very nice job restoring your 5000. I too am on a quest to find a 1966 Ford 3000 that my Dad traded for a 5200 back in 1975. I have placed ads in local farm papers etc to try and find it but so far no one has called me. Im thinking my Ford 3000 has a snow blade/blower on...

    Snow blower decisions

I have a Dettson single auger snowblower that my dad purchased in the late 70s, i power it with my Ford 5000. The only problem it gives me is when i get in a hurry with heavy wet snow.then it has broke the shear pin on the pto shaft. I find the best way to handle first pass in deep snow is to...

    Just a nice old Ford

HI Ultradog , yes thats very nice. I see its missing the steps on both sides. Looks like 1968 model with dual fuel filters. I have one exactly like it, narrow front, its a cool and rare option, but let me tell you how rough a ride they give. front end bobs up and down on even the smallest bump...
