    thanks for the replies. i did have the return hose stuck in the transmission to start with because i didnt have a quick connector when first put loader on it was same as now. sounds like my problem is in loader valve, can they be rebuilt fairly easily, o rings? or need to replace or have rebuilt...

    i recently had the same problems had to split front and rear. also be sure to check for metal shavings really really good. shavings got in the dual power in mine and warped the clutches.

    i have a 544 and tried to roll hay with it i was pulling a 5x4 case baler. i did roll 2 rolls, mine did not have enough power. the tractor will work but i didnt want to pull the tractor to its absolute maximum. the book on the baler said i could reverse the gear box on the baler to reduce power...
