I was remembering it because in the top, looking at the Messicks site appears to be above and inward -
7500 backhoe hydraulic oil temp sender location?
If I remember correctly it is on the top of the hydraulic tank closer to the tractor -

Another electrolysis question
A tablespoon per gallon is plenty. The black on your part is part of the result of the rust removal chemical reaction, it can be quickly be removed with water and a scotch brite pad or a soft stainless ste3l brush. 1983 Ford 545 Backhoe with loader
If I remember correctly, the fuse on the light switch is the only fuse on it. No fuse panel like newer ones -
Backhoe parts
Does look like a Henry, definitely was a hard mount, converted tom3 point hitch, lotta weight hanging real far back. Going to take a good sized tractor with a loader to stay on the ground- JoeM(GA)

Clean your anode daily, and check the connections, My big tank has almost 250 gallons in it, I “freshen” it up a couple of times a year with a couple of cups of washing soda mixed in a gallon of hot water.
