    Are you getting any fuel pressure? No fuel pressure means plugged primary or 2nd fuel filter or sheared pin in transfer pump. High pressure means the Final filter is plugged. It's actually a good sign it will run at all. That means that the shaft on the high pressure side is not sheared.

    Case 1070. Can you back up with the PTO running?

    No problem backing up w/ PTO running for a short time. I did it yesterday trimming w/ the Bush Hog on our 870. When in Reverse, the Planetary spins almost 4 times engine speed in the opposite direction. It does this no matter whether the PTO is running or not. It's also spinning like that...

    I agree 100% w/ Tgrasher. I have 1-1/2 gal of 85W140 in the 730 and about the same in the 1030 & 1175. Before they combined the tranny and Hyd. systems together, and went to the thin oil (panther pss), you never heard of tranny problems. The 85W140 adds body to the oil and is great for those...

    Not my 1030. I won't use a button or pad clutch. Too hard on the Pressure Plate and Flywheel. Customers that call here for clutches that have button clutches need pressure plates and flywheel work. Customers with "Woven" discs tell me all they need is a disc.

    Your 530 does not need a Button Clutch. They are designed for higher HP's and higher torques than your 530 develops. They are hard on Flywheels, and Pressure Plates. They wear into them. A Button Clutch is also harder to "feather". Stay away from them.

    The Autolite 3116 is the only plug I recommend for your tractor. It is a Non-Resistor, Extended Tip. The 388 is a resistor plug, regular tip for use where there are radios, ect. The less resistance the better. Check your wires to be sure they are Copper Core and not "Resistor" wires. If they...

    Anybody Watch "West Of Wall Street" on RFD Monday night? Red talked about a family in Texas that started a beef feeding operation and their 1st tractor was a Gas 730CK. Red didn't say "Gas", but he called out "A CASE 730 Tractor" and displayed a picture of it. She looked sharp!!
