    You are right I don"t want to rebuild it just seems like such a waste. I was just curious about the cam. Also any idea what horsepower would result from rebuilding with the 4.125 overbore flat top pistons? Trying to weigh my options.

    I thought that might be the case with the combine engines being rated at the flywheel. Is there a general perecentage horsepower loss for PTO horsepower for a WD (I am sure each tractor is slightly different). Thanks for all the replys.

    I have put a Gleaner E Engine in my WD Allis and it runs great. I put a 170 governor spring on it and its turning around 2400 RPM (very snappy) which I am happy with. However when I put the tractor on the PTO Dyno I am getting about 48 - 49 horsepower out of it. Big improvement over the 201...
