    MF35 Z134 locked up

My FE35 stated overheating and losing power after slashing in long grass. I thought here we go head overhaul. In fact I found the radiator grill had grass completely blocking it. It peeled off and was as thick as a carpet. Ta John This post was edited by JohnPom on 11/17/2022 at 12:50 am.

I have a FE35 with a Perkins engine. On the return line there s a pipe that goes to the top of a fuel filter. Before going into the banjo joint there s a large bolt with a ball bearing machined into it as a non return valve. What is the proper name, or part number and where can I get one...

    TO35 Ammeter

I went from the back of the dash and wiggled and twisted my fingers till the u clamp tightened. Very fiddler. Oh disconnect the battery, the amp terminal studs spark quite lively. Lol.

    TO 35 charging

I brought a new generator and polarised it by one wire end on the large terminal and grounding the other end on the case. Then I found the voltage regulator had to be replaced. Amp meters showing a good charge now.

I have a FE35 with a Perkins diesel. Every time I have to bleed the diesel via the two bleed nipples on the injector pump. Never have to bleed the filters. This only happens when sitting overnight. Is it the non-return valve from the overflow line back to the tank? I have taken it out and...

    Generator Rebuild

Hi, I decided to strip down my non-working generator from a FE35 Perkins. All in pieces now. Lucas could have used something else besides rivets for the bearing. Couple of questions. What size is the bearing? Is the bearing a very tight fit or just a push fit on the rotor? The...
