    Hough H65C IH D-407 starter issue

    just a thought, had starter issues with a JD crawler, when the main battery cable to starter smoked and was replaced, all the starter issues disappeared. Discovered lots of worn grounding problems in old cable.

    Starting system on 1965 Case 450 Dozer

    bendex on starter jammed in flywheel, see if you can loosen starter to free it up. with battery charged it might turn over fast enough to start. It's happened to me.
