    how did you seal the tubes? we pressed them in with the special tools that it requires, but used no sealer they pressed in tight then we swedged them on the other end with the tools.

    I had a friend machine the tools to remove and install the tubes we swedged the ends with the tool and hammer and it seemed like it was very firm and solid but we did not use any sealer. I also noticed that before I re-torqued the head that there was some seepage at the bottom of the head...

    I did pressure test the head when I installed it and I put 5 lbs. of air in it and it did not leak. I made some aluminum plugs with a schrader valve on one of them. It seemed fine

    I completely cleaned the crankcase and oil return and water jackets before I installed the head I put pipe joint compound on the stud threads it is sticky and I worked it into the threads good.
