    Did a G at .090 over a/ 8.375 and I did up a cyclone head and all the goodies. He pulls 99 hp so with extra bore an stroke just over 100

    I wouldn't worry about notching cam. Cams the easy part to clear. Anytime you stroke there's top clearance issues. 8.5 w/ a rod works well. .125 over pistons.

    Just had a engine go together with Murphy head at 644 cubes. 44 a smoked the clutch in 4th gear at 6500 with 18.4s. I have ray's head on my a. Makes great power But Murphy's port design is better. They both make power.
