    Utf grain cart pto shaft

    Ok we did put it on or 1586 with 100rpm shaft and seem to have better luck running its. We are running half throttle just to be safe

    We bought an older 400 Utf grain cart. It has a 540 shaft but almost all I saw on line had 1000rpm. This is an old model the gear box is gone and the upright auger is now hydraulic and the pto is direct driving the cross auger Should this have a 1000 rpm shaft?

    the drive gear has teeth missing how do we go about replacing it. Any help is sure appeciated

    WE found our problem with the noise in the Ta sections. There are 2 teeth missing out of the drive gear for the mvc pump. What is the best way to replace this gear. We were wondering if we pulled the rear end from the Ta section if we could remove that gear or do we need to tear the ta out...

    806 Ta section noise

    Well we torn the MCV pump out and the main gear Is missing 2 teeth. The way it looks we have to tear the TA out to fix that gear. IS this right or there is a easier fix. any feed back is great... If we need to pull that section we figure on having the TA rebuilt so any feed back is greatly...

    I am pretty sure it is not a engine bearing. We will start checking gears in the ta housing and see what we come up with

    sorry about the miss spelling. There is a loud rapping noise and it sounds like a bearing has gone out.

    we have a 806 diesel. It has developed a load rapping noise in the ta section of the tractor. It sounds like a bear in there must have gone out. It doesent change when you throttle up or down. Any ideas or help with thoughts on what it might be?

    Talk to our local shop that build alot ofpulling motors. he feels its wet stacking and that it needs a good overhaul.

    If i did add a turbo I would do a complete rebuild first. Just was wondering if it was hard to do or not.
