    Thank you all for sharing your knowledge with me. I will take the necessary steps to keep the old girl running and farming. Yes 50/50 filled to the top. Also I'm in Greeneville TN, it's in a insulated barn so I think she'll be fine.

    Hey All, just throwing this out there in the universe, First winter with the 550 up and running. Does anyone have any tips for storage? It's going to stay in the barn till spring. Do I empty the tank? Carb? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    Hey Ken, I had a similar problem a little while back. The load adjustment pin with the "L" isn't great. Get the other one, it looks like a "T" instead. With that said, Check the float and make sure it's sitting right inside the carb, it needs to sit level with about a 1/2 of an inch clearance...

    Hi, just saw this thank you .. the tire are from CO-OP super power plus 12x26 they came on the tractor when I bought her, I’m not sure if they still make these .. they’re in pretty good shape so I didn’t replace them

    Hey Bud, try Korves Oliver • 618-939-6681-- 6501 C Rd. • Waterloo, IL 62298 He (Mark) has a lot of reproduction parts for almost every Oliver tractor. I basically had him on speed dial along with Kent Gorden for the last year and half.

    Hey Ken, mine left the plant as a diesel and by the time I got it, it's gas .. :unsure: Thou, there is some remnants it was a diesel at some point. But depending on how many owners it's had, it's anyone's call of what's left on it from when it rolled off the assembly line.
